This session invites participants to bring yoga into everyday life while standing in line, walking, or pausing at a red light.
Through embodied awareness, we reflect on how our movements carry our teachings and intentions into the world.
Participants will consider how the way we walk, wait, and respond in daily life also reflects the heart of our business.
This workshop is offered in a hybrid format — join from the comfort of your home or come by the Hub to attend in person. We're leaning into accessibility so you can participate wherever you feel most comfortable.
